Purchasing Vehicles

There was a time in my life that I actually enjoyed shopping for a new car. But it was just one time...

I've had to do this twice within the past year. Well, three times if you count dealing with Mikel's truck, too. I would truly rather eat compost (and we all know what's in that) than car shop. I guess the car part isn't too bad. It's the sales people and dealing with financing - which is a nightmare even if you already have it and don't use the dealership.

With all the eye rolling being done now, I'll say with great pleasure that Pat got a new truck last night. I AM SO HAPPY FOR HIM. He was "due" if you get my meaning. It is a really, really pretty truck. I'll post some pictures later on.

Here's a question: has anyone ever had a pleasant car shopping experience?

I don't like the car shopping experience either! The financing part is THE WORST! I just HATE wasting an entire evening at the dealership...there is no need to spend 4-5 hours at a dealership.
