Do you ever get attached to a contact person at a company with which you do business?

My "attachment disorder" is with my insurance agent. I really like my agent. And I don't want to talk to anyone but him. Mainly, I suppose, because I know I can call, ask him a question, and he will remember talking to me about it a few weeks later - even if he doesn't note it in the computer. The pseudo-agents he has working in his office aren't quite as...well, I don't know the term. I don't get follow up calls and they never seem to come up with the same information he did. I hate to seem so sticky, but I think it's just easier to deal with one person on things like that. Now, if it's something like the electric bill, who cares. But things that are or can be altered and make a real difference in how you are protected, give me one person and one person only. Now, if you have staff who can actually get it right, that's one thing...
